Diane Citrino to Present at Joint NAIOP, ACAR and SIOR Program

Join Giffen & Kaminski Partner Diane Citrino for a three-part program jointly hosted by the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, ACAR and SIOR. “Mandatory Civil Rights/Fair Housing/ADA” will take place at Crown Centre Office in Independence (5005 Rockside Road) and run from 7:30am-11:15am.

Part I of the program will feature Diane’s presentation on “civil rights, fair housing, and ADA laws applied to commercial real estate, including application of those laws in Northeast Ohio and throughout the country,” (

Part II will feature Bob Bajko’s (Principal, HSB Architects + Engineers) presentation on “real estate design and building requirements that stem from civil rights, fair housing and ADA laws and how they play out in real life projects,” (

Part III of the program will feature a panel discussion with Diane Citrino and Bob Bajko, moderated by Michael J. Sikora III (Managing Officer, Sikora Law LLC; President, Omni Title LLC). Cleveland, Ohio, October 12, 2015 – Karen L. Giffen and Kerin Lyn Kaminski received invitations to join the Fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America™ (LCA).  According to G. Steven Henry, Executive Director and General Counsel, “…Giffen & Kaminski’s professional excellence and integrity, along with their commitment to diversity” were key factors in their selection to join this trial lawyer honorary society, which represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.”

A trial lawyer must be invited to become a Fellow in this prestigious society. Invitations are extended only after rigorous review and evaluation of the lawyers’ accomplishments in litigation and trial work, as well as his or her reputation. Membership to the Litigation Counsel of America is limited to only 3,500 Fellows.
