Giffen & Kaminski defends and prosecutes cases involving
real estate, including latent defects in property, mechanic
liens, eminent domain, foreclosure, easements and adverse
possession. We have also been involved in many disputes between
landlords and commercial tenants, including eviction and forcible

owners, surveyors, engineers, architects, and materialmen
